We would be delighted to host your event at The Hangar at Harrison Farm! Whether your event has 20 guests or 120 guests, we have options for an amazing farm experience for your group. We enjoy hosting professional retreats, bridal showers, wedding showers, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, small receptions, and birthday extravaganzas at Central Ohio’s Premier Goat Destination! We are open to your ideas of how to make your experience on the farm absolutely fabulous!
When I initially purchased the farm, my grandfather’s airplane hangar was in a state of disrepair. The foundation was crumbling and the walls were precarious. It no longer housed an airplane, but it still held my family memories. One day, while walking my dog Bonnie Blue along the road by the old hangar, I began to wonder if there could be a new purpose for it. Instead of just tearing down this old farm building, could it have a new life? It became a passion project for me to restore it, and it is now one of my very favorite spots on the farm. I love looking at the beams & posts, knowing my grandfather built those himself. His airplane hangar is now my open-air event space, the Hangar at Harrison Farm. It is our backup space for Goat Yoga when weather is inclement, we host our on-farm dinners & community events there, and friends of the farm can rent the space for birthdays, showers, and weddings. I doubt my grandfather could get his head around the concept of Goat Yoga, but I suspect he would be absolutely delighted that his granddaughter is now using his airplane hangar for all new purposes.
